Went in for a smog check. Online they advertise special for $36.75. I received a bill for $79.99. Mind you, a smog check is exactly the same no matter what car you drive. I asked why so much, he told me "my car is special." Because I drive a BMW he felt he could rip me off. I objected he reduced by $10. I'm sick and tired of being ripped off by people who feel they can charge extra just because I drive a BMW. Don't go if you have a "special" car, you wont' like it.

First time I went there I had issues with my Jeep, they kept it and after a day they told me there was nothing they could do about. It was something with the anti- theft system and it had to be directly through Jeep, they didn't charge anything and were really nice to me the whole time. After that I always go there for my smog checks and they are always quick.
