I came in for a routine oil change and was told it would be about a 40-minute wait. I ended up waiting an hour and a half, not a huge deal since it was a Saturday and I figured they were busy. What stood out was being charged $280 by the end of the visit. I was asked if I wanted my air filter replaced, and I agreed, assuming it would be a quick and inexpensive add-on (as it has been elsewhere). Instead, I was charged $150 for that air filter change — which included other filters that were replaced without my knowledge or consent. At no point did anyone explain what they were doing or mention pricing up front. If I hadn’t asked for a breakdown of the charges before paying, I wouldn’t have even known. The lack of communication felt really misleading and like they were taking advantage of someone who doesn’t have deep car knowledge. I don’t write reviews often but hope this will encourage others to not make the same mistake as me. Very bummed out about this experience.
