Just another shop that's not busy and will try to capitalize as much as possible per vehicle. Only reason why I don't give 0 starts is because they were friendly. Met the owner( sam) before and told me to ask for him next time I visit that he would help me. So I visited and asked for an oil change, air filter change and front brakes done. I had the parts for the oil and air filter change. Mind I asked him for a brake change. He said he would do a brake inspection and if denied repairs I'd pay for the inspection.( which should of been a red flag, in fact, brake inspections are to be done by law in the state of California by any shop for free, a brake inspection and diagnosis are two different things) I get called in less than an hour and get quoted over a grand, I said no thanks, have you done the oil change yet?(techniquelly they should have not started the oil change until I got the results of the inspection and wait for the go ahead on the repair with prices already given) But that's how they roped me in...so now I owe for an oil and air filter change, 50 dollars plus 35. And a "brake inspection" quoted at 149, which is awfully close to the price for a 1 hour diagnosis. So I ended up paying 220 something for basically an oil change.....don't come to this shop, it's overpriced and shady dealings.... PS the owner did "help me" he gave me a $3.80 discount....thought it was worth mentioning.
