Friendly, knowledgeable, and truly attentive to the customer’s needs. He quickly discovered that the fuel line had a pinhole leak. Coincidentally, Speedy Auto Repair was just a block away, but the replacement part wasn’t arriving until the next day. Understanding that I needed my vehicle for work, he took the extra step to temporarily repair the leak so I could continue my day. As an HVAC contractor, that meant a lot and helped me avoid losing a full day of work. The next day, he completed the repair properly once the part arrived. He really went above and beyond—something he didn’t have to do—and it truly saved my day.

I called at 4:40pm with a flat tire and parked across the street "literally" and inquiring to repair my tire he then proceeded to tell me I'd have to come back tomorrow, he's already left for the day and they close at 5pm terrible service terrible customer service terrible work ethic.
