Very bad Customer service, very bad experience, i will never bring my car to this shop , i was asking simple questions about a quote to see if it fits my budget but they refused to answer, claiming that i need to pay $199 for diagnostics first !! When you talk to a customer drop the attitude, too sad the 16 years of experience you're claiming didn't teach you that !

Sam explains everything in great detail and I feel that he is not only super honest, but also wonderful at teaching me about how my car works and why the repairs need to be done.

Great atmosphere, Father and son are equally great! Customer service will keep me coming back! Found a great place to get my Mini serviced. Thanks guys

Wonderful service. I was in and out of the service center within 10 minutes. The staff is professional courteous, and I would highly recommend speedy.

I was very happy with the work these guys did. They explained everything they did and showed me, which made me feel good. They used good parts no cheap ones that will break in a month.
