San Diego auto repair

I came in on a Sunday (one of the few places in the area that opens on weekends) due to a noise coming from my front wheels. They were pretty busy and told me they would call me first thing the next day for an updated diagnostic they called me at 8:10 am, they open at 8:00 am. They prioritized my car as they said they would. Sam was very honest and thorough letting me know what was wrong, (even though I’m not very knowledgeable about cars), he told me just the safety concerns he had and what he recommended I should have done with the car even though he said I do have some other maintenance work that the car needed, he never pushed me on any work and showed me all of the parts they replaced for my peace of mind. The next day I thought I heard another noise so I came by and they saw me immediately did a drive around checked the tire and saw nothing wrong with it, but they did a thorough check through again for my peace of mind and told me to come back if I hear anything. I will definitely be coming back, they did their due diligence and made me feel comfortable and welcome. Family owned business for over 16 years, and you can tell why they have been in the business for so long. While I was there I also saw their excellent customer service skills, and saw some repeat customers come by, they do smog check, auto repair, electrical and tires.

My 2015 CLA 250 was misfiring and the guys were able to replace my spark plugs and a couple of bad coils and my car has been running phenomenal ever since! Customer service was great and they kept me abreast of the situation as things unfolded during inspection and repair. 10/10 would highly recommend!

Speedy Auto Repair did a great job on my Audi Q5, which was in need of new motor mounts and transmission mount. They completed the job in a day as promised plus they were able to find a short in my rear lights, which were not working properly and fixed that as well. The pricing for all this work was great and about half the amount that the dealer quoted me. In fact, they completed all the work - the motor mounts, the transmission mount and fixed the short for the same price the dealer quoted for just the motor mounts. The mounts were OEM Audi parts, so they were no different than what I would have gotten at the dealership. I would highly recommend Speedy Auto Repair for your car repairs.

Honest and trustworthy - this is not the first time I’ve been here- but my first post - Sam and his family are very reliable honest and trustworthy - we have brought both of our cars (2010 Toyota Prius & 2017 Hyundai Ioniq) for minor and major fixes - and his team has always done a good job.
